On July 24, at the construction site of section I of Yantong Railway, workers are doing post-maintenance of the viaduct continuous girder of Yancheng South Bridge across South Ring Road after Helong. Yancheng South Double-Line Bridge is a key control project in Yancheng section of Yantong High-Speed Railway, with a total length of 24197 meters, 5982 piles, 679 caps, 679 piers and abutments, and a total of 7 continuous beams. There are 608 holes in the box girder. At 0:20 on July 21, with the pouring of the last truck of concrete, the site pouring of the elevated continuous beam across the South Ring Road of Yancheng Nantao Bridge, standard I of Yancheng Railway, which was constructed by the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, was completed, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent beam erection construction.
The elevated continuous beam across the South Ring Road in Helong is situated in Yannan High-tech Zone with a total length of 185.5 meters and a main pier height of 22 meters. The continuous beam is constructed adjacent to the existing line of the new long line and spans the South Ring Elevated Road Network with two urban viaducts and one ramp road.
The construction section of viaduct continuous beam across South Ring Road is characterized by dense traffic flow, fast speed, high safety risk index, severe constraints on construction site, difficult access to large lifting equipment and great difficulty in construction. In order to overcome the above problems, the Yantong Railway I Project Department of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway has discussed many times, carefully planned and continuously optimized the construction organization of continuous beams at various stages, and determined that the cantilever section of continuous beams should be constructed by hanging basket cantilever casting method. Mayi, the Minister of engineering of one part of the bid section, said that this construction method had the least impact on the traffic of the whole section.
In order to ensure the safety of the main road and the ramp of Nanhuan Road, not only the full-pocket bottom protection is used in the construction of cradles, but also the protective shelf is used in the main road to ensure the safety of vehicles. In the construction process, each process is closely combined to ensure the orderly and precise construction of the project. With the efforts of all the staff, the closure task was completed 11 days ahead of the planned time limit of the node.
